Jason Mazuk Soccer Academy combines 25 years of playing and coaching experience with the knowledge gained from a B.S. in Psychology, an M.S. in Physiology and Sports Leadership, and a Certificate to Teach Physical Education.

The goal of individual training is to produce technically gifted and confident soccer players. We carefully evaluate individual players and come up with a development plan designed to maximize the effectiveness of the training.

Three pillars of Individual Training:
Technical: Footskills: (changes of direction, turns, stop-starts, one v one moves, receiving). Heading, Receiving, Defending, Juggles, Ball-Striking (shooting, chipping, long balls, bending balls, passing).
Mental: Character, Toughness, Aggressiveness, Determination, Competitiveness.
Physical: Agility, Power, Strength, Explosiveness, Core, Vertical Leap, Nutrition
