SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Jason Mazuk Soccer Academy believes the foundation of the beautiful game is a technically gifted soccer player.

PROVIDING THE PERFECT ATMOSPHERE FOR TEAMMATES AND FRIENDS TO GET EXTRA TRAINING, JASON MAZUK SOCCER ACADEMY OFFERS SMALL GROUP TRAINING IN A FUN AND EXCITING ENVORNMENT.   

The goal of small group training is to produce technically gifted, fit, and confident soccer players.  Groups are carefully evaluated and a plan is developed to maximize training for all participants.

Three pillars of Small Group Training:

Technical:  Footskills: (changes of direction, turns, stop-starts, one v one moves, receiving).  Heading, Receiving, Defending, Juggles, Ball-Striking (shooting, chipping, long balls, bending balls, passing).

Mental:  Character, Toughness, Aggressiveness, Determination, Competitiveness.

Physical:  Agility, Power, Strength, Explosiveness, Core, Vertical Leap, Nutrition

LOCATION:  Jewish Community Center, AREA 615

DATES AND TIMES:  Times and days that are convenient for the player and instructor

PRICE:  $40 per player.
